Our clients&#8217; needs are constantly evolving, and our priority is to support them as a dedicated partner.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">In compliance with the &#8220;Freedom to Choose One&#8217;s Professional Future&#8221; law enacted in September 2018, <strong>AHF is committed to publishing its gender equality indicators. <\/strong>Mandatory and public for all companies with over 50 employees, this index was defined to measure the gender pay gap and identify areas for improvement.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\"><strong>In 2024, AHF obtained a score of 40\/45 on the following indicators:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Difference in individual rate of increase<\/li>\n<li>Number of employees of the under-represented gender among the top 10 highest earners<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">The last two indicators below are not calculable, and a global score cannot be obtained:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"6\">Annual pay gap (calculated workforce is less than 40% of the total company workforce)<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"6\">% of employees receiving a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave (no employees involved in maternity leave)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\"><b>The company is actively working on the subject of gender equality.
