Index for professional gender equality

A family business since its inception, AHF places great importance on the human values and innovation that have built its reputation. Team spirit, respect, and a drive to excel are fundamental values within AHF. Our clients’ needs are constantly evolving, and our priority is to support them as a dedicated partner.

In compliance with the “Freedom to Choose One’s Professional Future” law enacted in September 2018, AHF is committed to publishing its gender equality indicators. Mandatory and public for all companies with over 50 employees, this index was defined to measure the gender pay gap and identify areas for improvement.

In 2024, AHF obtained a score of 40/45 on the following indicators:

  1. Difference in individual rate of increase
  2. Number of employees of the under-represented gender among the top 10 highest earners

The last two indicators below are not calculable, and a global score cannot be obtained:

  • Annual pay gap (calculated workforce is less than 40% of the total company workforce)
  • % of employees receiving a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave (no employees involved in maternity leave)

The company is actively working on the subject of gender equality. It is a priority area to which our teams are fully committed.
